2022 – Teaching Artist

MOCHA - Museum of Children's Art – Teaching art class for School Programs, Public Libraries and Museum Summer Art Camp bring sequential, standards-based arts learning to students in grades PreK-8 throughout Oakland and the Bay Area.

2019 – Program Designer/Collaborator

​Tri-Arts – Teaching Artist Exploration, collaborating with Sadie Harmon, Dementia Inclusive Communities Director at Elder Care Alliance ECA and Lawrence Silva, a faculty member at College of Alameda offers an apprenticeship to students identified as artists with disabilities at the College with professional teaching Artists to facilitate Art making programs at the skilled nursing facility.

2014-18 – Muralist/Art teacher

Invisible become Visible – Community mural building project to beautify neighborhood & bring awareness to the importance of the forgotten neighborhood history; Berkeley, CA. 

2018 – Muralist/Assistant Art teacher to Edythe Boone

Young Heroes-Black History – Supporting Middle School, students in their educational pursuit; Longfellow Middle School; Berkeley, CA.

 

2016 – Workshop Facilitator

Artistic Healing – Workshop promotes artistic creation as a remedy for self-care and care for others. Saffron Strand's 7th Annual, Homeless Workforce Conference. Richmond, CA.

2014-15 – Art teacher & Set Painting

Getting to Know Us (Drama) – Support and encourage economically-disadvantaged seniors to take pride in who they are and validate their contributions to society by performing in their own drama production; Lifelong S.N.A.P Program, Richmond, CA.

2014 – Muralist/Assistant Art. teacher to Edythe Boone

We Shall Overcome – Supporting elderlies who had lost their children in gun violence, helping them to express their wishes to the future generation; Richmond, CA.

2014 – Video Production Advisor

Fake Smiles (Short film) – DK Productions/The NoBull Girls, young adolescent girls team production, film was entered in a national contest promoting alternatives to bullying, USA.

2013-14 – Muralist

Journey to Wellness – Beautifully Senior Wellness Center & bring awareness of positive attitude, good healthy habits bring healthy life; LifeLong Wellness Center, Oakland, CA

2011-12 – Video Production &  Co-facilitator

College Bound (Short film) – encourage middle schoolers to a pursuit in high education; Longfellow Middle School, Berkeley, CA.

 

2009 -10 – Video Editor, Post-Production Motion Graphics Editor & Assistant Facilitator.

The Outbreak & Education and Multimedia (Short films) – highlighting the importance of critical thinking skills essential to navigating life in a hyper-connected world; Demonstrated insightful ways to creatively integrate multimedia technologies into higher education curricula; Berkeley City College, Berkeley, CA.
